Felt Projects for Workshop Weekend October 24th & 25th

Here are some pictures of the two other wool felt and fabric projects that are available as kits for our Workshop Weekend on Sat 24th and Sun 25th October. The candle wrap workshop kit costs $20 this includes all felt, dmc thread, ric rac, candle and buttons.



















The last felt project is three wool felt ornaments or gift tags. The workshop kit costs $25 and includes all felt, rust bells, dmc thread, ric rac, jute and buttons.

Christmas Gift Giving Workshop Weekend 2009

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I'd put in a few details for our workshop weekend to be held on Sat 24th & Sun 25th October. There will be 9 projects in all over 2 days. 3 Patchwork / Applique Projects, 3 Wool Felt projects and 3 Scrapbooking projects. Cost each day is $45 or $80 for the weekend. This included morning & afternoon tea, lunch and our help. Kits are available for each project which you can do during the day or take home. Here is a sample of one of the wool felt projects that will be made on the weekend. If you are staying the weekend we have accomodation package options available and we will be organising a dinner for the Saturday night for those staying.

Wool felt and fabric have arrived at Homespun Memories

We have lots of wonderful hand dyed wool fabric available in a wide array of colours in plain, check, herringbone and houndstooth perfect for the latest rage - Wool Applique and Penny Rugs. 5" x 14" approx pieces are $5.50 each or 3 for $14.95. A Cosy Evening at Timber Creek

This is a stunning flannel quilt designed by Dianne Barnes. She has used a beautiful range of fabric called Timber Creek by Holly Taylor. It sports a woodland theme with bears, mooses, trout, spruce in glorious warm tones of butter, rust, spruce, chocolate and cream. It has been accented brilliantly with a chocolate basket weave frame and olive checked border.

Quilter's Homestead Quilt Kit

Here is our first signature quilt. We are thrilled with how well this stunning quilt has come out. Designed by Dianne Barnes and Amanda Ralph it features a beautiful new range of fabric from Whimsical Quilts called Vintage Homestead with a crow, quilt and primitive theme. It has several stunning borders, including a tumbling spool border, an appliqued border, zig zag flying geese border with a central ohio star and crow appliqued motif completed by final border with corner stones. Finished quilt measures approx 62" x 62" and is perfect for the intermediate quilter. Kit includes all top fabric, buttons and pattern. Card Class Thursday Night

Hi Everyone, Here is a picture of the 4 sample cards we are going to make on Thursday night. We have one vacancy left if anyone is interested. The Colours of Autumn in Bright

Sorry it's been so long but we have been so busy here in Bright. The town has been pumping since Easter and now with the Autumn Festival. Anyway here is a little kit that we have designed here ourselves, it's called "The colours of Autumn in Bright", it makes a little pillow sized 12" x 16", it comes complete with pattern, threads, homespun, pellon and fabric and cost only $14.95 plus $4.50 postage.
